Usage:
1/ Marinate 1/3 sachet of Shammi braised beef sauce with 500g beef for 15 minutes.
2/ Stir-fry the beef and put 2.5l water of filtered water in the stew for 30 minutes. Add Shammi braised beef sauce and then add more seasoning (if you like).
3/ Add the carrots and cook until the meat is tender. Then add the onions and stir well and start enjoying. Enjoy with bean sprouts, bread or noodle.
