Toan Y Net Spring Roll Wrappers – 250g:
– Remove net spring roll wrappers from the package.
– Fold one edge about 3cm. Place approximately 1 tablespoon of mixture on top of the folded area. Then fold 2 side edges over filling and roll up, ensuring filling is well in place.
– Fill frying pan with enough oil to cover the roll heat to (150-170oC)
– Fry each roll at the time, until golden brown on all sides.
– Remove roll from oil with chopsticks or spatula and drain on paper towels
– Serve as an appetizer or with rice noodles, lettuce, mint, cucumber and dipping sauce.
