Cooked Naseco Glutinious Rice Flour, also known as roasted glutinous rice flour, sticky glutinous rice flour. This type of glutinous rice flour differs from ordinary glutinous rice flour in that it is made by exploding glutinous rice into scalds and then grinding to obtain the finished product, so that the flour be white smooth, light and odorless. In Vietnam, glutinous rice flour is often used to cook sticky rice, tea, glutinous rice wine, make banh chung, banh tet, etc.
