– Fry onions and garlic with about 6-7 tablespoons of cooking oil over low heat
– Boil 1.5 liters of water. Add 1 package of Aji-Quick® Kim Chi Hot Pot Seasoning and stir well
– Add other ingredients such as pork, tofu, Chinese cabbage and mushrooms, cook until cooked and then enjoy.
