User manual:
– Marinate 1 package of Aji-Quick® Braised Fish Seasoning with 300 g of fish, minced garlic, green onion, chili and 1 tablespoon of cooking oil for about 15 minutes.
– Put the fish in the pot, turn down the heat and simmer for about 5 minutes until the fish meat is firm, turn the fish so the spices are absorbed evenly.
– Add 2/3 cup of water (150 ml), bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Expiration date is 17 months from date of manufacture.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
