User manual:
– Marinate 1 packet of Aji-Quick® Braised Meat Seasoning with 300 g of meat, minced garlic and shallot for about 15 minutes.
– Heat the cooking oil, add the meat and stir-fry for about 5 minutes until the meat is firm.
– Add 2/3 cup of water (150 ml), bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Store in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight.
