Serving Directions:
Soak vermicelli in water for about 3 – 5 minutes. Cook in boiling water for about 2-3 minutes, take out, rinse with clean water, and drain. After cooking the soup, add the soup to the noodles (Use with soup, hot pot). Soak the vermicelli in water at 60 degrees Celsius (by mixing 2 parts hot water, 1 part cold water) for about 10 minutes, then take it out. Stir-fry shrimp, meat, vegetables… Then add vermicelli and stir-fry together (used for stir-frying).
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
