1. Place rive vermicelli into a large bowl
2. Bring a pot of water to a boil
3. Pour boiling water into the bowl with rice vermicelli
4. Wait about 90 seconds, drain the rice vermicelli out
5. Then serve with desired meat, seafood, vegetables and/or sauce
