DERECTION:
STIR-FRIED VERMICELLI – Soak the vermicelli in cold water for about 15 – 20 minutes, take out the vermicelli and drain. Stir-fry the meat, shrimp, crab and other spices until almost cooked. Then add the vermicelli and stir until hot to serve.
FRESH VERMICELLI – Put vermicelli in boiling water, stir well with chopsticks, cook for about 4 – 6 minutes, drain and rinse with cold water for about 5 minutes. Then use as fresh vermicelli – cook with broth, hot pot, roll with cakes coated
