2. HOW TO USE CURRY PASTE ONG CHA VA

• • Step 1: Marinate meat or vegetables with 1 packet of Ông Chà Và 90g Curry Sauce for 30 minutes.
  • Step 2: Sauté minced onion and garlic, then add marinated meat and stir-fry until browned. Add 800ml of water and bring to a boil for 15 minutes.
